Your essay and questionnaire should be typewritten with the essay not more than two pages and the questionnaire not more than three pages, all double-spaced. Please label each page with your name, phone and email address.
Scholarship finalists will be notified by October and in-person interviews will be scheduled in Oct/Nov. Scholarship awardees will be required to attend and speak at a Scholarship Luncheon on January 9th, 2019.
