You spend so much time helping your clients that your business suffers due to lack of underlying business systems put into place that support you. You end up working inside your business as opposed to working ON your business. When this happens, you go into reaction mode and rush to put a quick fix into place until you have more time to build a better system later. You have everything it takes to run a successful business, but your business infrastructure does not help you help yourself.

During this session, attendees will learn:

  • To avoid multiple to-do lists

RSVP INSTRUCTIONS: *For member early-bird price, please RSVP and pay before NOON the FRIDAY BEFORE the luncheon.

Networking begins at 11:30am and the meeting starts promptly at 12:00pm.

IMPORTANT: If you register after 12pm on Friday before the luncheon, you may ONLY select the salad (with or w/o chicken). Day of registrations and walk-ins will receive the salad WITHOUT chicken.

Members and visitors are able to donate a gift or a certificate for our Opportunity Drawing. You must also provide a written description of your item (2 sentences max) that includes your name and business name.  You will receive more exposure to your business as we read your description and give you credit for the donation. Note: Discounts for your product or service are not accepted as donation items for the drawing.
