At NCWIN, our connections go beyond business. Giving back to our North County community is an important part of who we are, bringing our members together to support meaningful causes and make a lasting difference."

It started with scholarships for women in need at CSUSM to whom we have awarded more than $250,000 over the past 30 years.

Do you know a local nonprofit making a difference for women or families in North County? We’re now accepting applications for 2027 nonprofit funding consideration, and we’d love to hear from them! Members are encouraged to nominate organizations they’re passionate about and invite them to apply. Each year, NCWIN selects two to three nonprofits that align with our mission to receive funds raised through our events and community efforts.
