    Beautiful Skin From The Inside Out


    Are you ready for a post-pandemic "glow up"? In this presentation, you will understand how what you eat and your environment influences the health of your skin. We will also discuss the best ways to prevent signs of skin aging and what you can do to have a timeless glow to your skin from the inside out without the use of prescriptions or surgery.

    Learn how to: 

    • Recognise and prevent early signs of aging skin
    • Understand the role of nutrition and digestive health in having healthy skin 
    • Create an individualized healthy living plan including diet and supplements to support healthy skin


    When you register you will need to
    make your
     menu selection from the following items:

    • Beet salad:  Mixed greens, yellow and red beets, goat Cheese, candied walnuts
    • Taco salad:  Spicy Southwest ranch, romaine, iceberg, tomato, corn relish, black beans, onion, avocado, tortilla shell
    • Tijuana caesar chicken salad:  Romaine hearts, herb croutons, Parmesan cheese, creamy garlic Caesar dressing on side
    • Tequila shrimp penne pasta:  Large shrimp, tequila crème sauce, penne pasta, pico de gallo, garnished with guajillo pepper, fried basil
    • Enchiladas Suizas:  Two grilled chicken breast enchiladas in green sauce, red rice and house refried beans, garnished with queso fresco
    • Santa Fe chicken sandwich with side house salad:  Blackened chicken breast, tomato, avocado, bacon, arugula, onion, house mayo, pepper-jack, ciabatta roll
    • Awesome Wildwood cheeseburger with side house salad:  1⁄2 lb beef patty, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, house mayo
    • Veggie melt sandwich with side house salad:  Zucchini, roasted bell pepper, cheddar, arugula, onion, tomato, house mayo, toasted sourdough

      RSVP INSTRUCTIONS: *For member early-bird price please RSVP and pay before midnight on the FRIDAY BEFORE the luncheon.

      Networking begins at 11:00am and the meeting starts promptly at 11:30am.

      PLEASE NOTE: Masks are strongly encouraged, regardless of your vaccination status.
